Do you ship your cakes?

I do not offer shipping at this time.

Do you have gluten free options?

I offer the option to make any cake gluten free, with the exception of the Russian Honey Cake, for an additional fee. I use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Mix and have great results with it. French macarons are also naturally gluten free because they use almond flour.

Do you offer vegan options?

My only vegan option at this time is a version of my carrot cake with vegan buttercream.

What is the difference between a tiered cake and a standard cake?

A tiered cake is multiple cakes of different sizes stacked one on top of the other to make an eye catching display pieces for a wedding or other big event. A standard cake is only one cake of one size. All cakes have four layers of cake and three layers of filling inside and are covered in white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.

Do you use fondant?

I occasionally use fondant to make design elements, though I prefer to use buttercream whenever possible.
